Subdivision Engineering

We provide complete surveying and engineering services for urban, rural, residential, commercial, and industrial subdivisions. Our clients include landowners, developers, and design/build contractors. Our subdivision design process includes conceptual layout and preliminary plat design, road and street design, storm water management, sanitary and water main design and permits, and erosion control.

Storm Water Management

Storm water management is becoming increasingly more complex and Combs & Associates continues to remain updated on new and changing local, state, and federal storm water regulations. We work with a wide range of site development projects to provide storm water management and drainage planning.

Erosion Control

Combs and Associates provides Erosion Control plans in for a wide range of site development projects. Erosion Control is an integral part of site development and requires careful planning to meet requirements of new local, state, and federal erosion control regulations.

FEMA Flooding Issues

Combs and Associates provides FEMA Elevation Certificates, Letters of Map Correction (LOMC) for clients.

GPS Machine Control Modeling

We provide machine control modeling services to contractors using Automated Machine Guidance systems. We can design/provide a finished model for use on construction projects, including road/highway projects and commercial sites.
