Topographical Surveys

Topographical Surveys are three dimensional representations of a property. Like a Lot survey, the corners of the lot will be found and marked, but their will also be elevations taken on the lot to show the three dimensional properties of the lot. A Topographical Survey is generally performed in the design phase of a larger project, or when there are drainage problems on the lot.
